As a teen, Scott developed his passion for the Construction Industry in North East Florida while working for his father’s construction company. Scott’s extensive building experience includes the purchase and renovation of over 200 units in Duval County with a primary focus on the historic areas of Avondale and Riverside. 

He is and has been a State of Florida Building and Roofing Contractor since the early 2000's.  Scott has built and sold over 700 homes in NE FL including the counties of Duval, St. Johns, St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, Clay, Putnam, and Nassau. Scott was born and raised in St. Johns County and attended The Nease High School and the University of Florida. Go Gators!

He has a wife and three kids. In his spare time you can find him in his boat offshore fishing, diving, at a Gator football or baseball game, or in the woods enjoying nature.
